Project Description: Utah County intends to select a qualified contractor to provide for the construction and completion of roadway improvements to Soldier Pass Road located in Utah County that meet in every detail, the specifications and “Soldiers Pass Road Improvement” roadway plans, herein referred to as (the Drawings), included in or referenced in this ITB.
