Project Description: The Salt Lake City Department of Airports (“SLCDA” or “City”) is initiating an upgrade to the Universal Passenger Processing System (“UPPS” or “CUPPS”) and Common Use Self-Service (“CUSS”) Kiosk solution and is requesting proposals from qualified vendors (“Respondents” and “Vendors”) to support this initiative. The selected Vendor shall provide an UPPS solution that shall be a CUPPS-compliant or functionally equivalent to common-use passenger processing solution. The Vendor shall provide an International Air Transport Association (“IATA”) CUPPS-compliant or a functional equivalent to the IATA CUPPS solution.
