RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING SERVICES. Greenfield, Minnesota, is seeking proposals from qualified companies to provide residential recycling collection, processing, and marketing services for the City. The new contract will run from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029. Proposals must be received by 4 p.m. CST on Tuesday, Oct. 6, 2026.
