The City of Saskatoon is seeking a contractor to perform Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system repairs at 39 23rd Street East, including the replacement of the condenser, cooling coil, and interconnecting refrigerant piping serving Air Handler #2, in accordance with the Mechanical Systems Assessment dated October 2024.
