Title: NBS Payment Management System and Support

Bid Synopsis: The Department of Health Services (DHS), Division of Public Health (DPH), is seeking to contract with a vendor for a Newborn Screening (NBS) payment system and support. New parents of deaf and hard of hearing newborns are experiencing difficulties adapting to needs of their newborns. The NBS programs provides support and resources by creating connections between parents that have experience with deaf and hard of hearing newborns and first time parents of deaf and hard of hearing newborns. The awarded vendor will assist in the payment of individuals providing guidance and support through the NBS program. The payment system will need to maintain and support a process and system for registering individuals for payment. The system will include, but is not limited to, helping register individuals with a checklist, application, W-9 forms, background check forms, and direct deposit forms. The vendor will need to prepare and submit all Year-End Tax forms.
