The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) intends to enter into a sole source Firm-Fixed Price contract with Millennium Contracting for the repair of the front entrance ramp for Building 40, Ft. Defiance Agency Headquarters Building, Ft. Defiance, AZ, for BIA, Navajo Regional Office, Branch of Facility Management, under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) Single Source, Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand-name or industrial mobilization).
