Project Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that specifications and proposal forms for furnishing all labor and materials for rehab/renovation interior/exterior services for the following project(s) entitled:

Specifications for this address using units of measure other than Each (EA), Room (RM) or Dwelling Unit (DU) (e.g. SF of Drywall) are for the contractor's convenience and must be verified by the contractor at a mandatory pre-bid site visit. The site visit date is 7/28/2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM. The project site is located at 336 Penny Street, McKeesport, PA 15132.
