RFP for Re-procurement of Family Preservation Services: Parenting Skills

Project Description: Parenting Skills – Project Description
The Department of Human Services (DHS), on behalf of Allegheny County, is seeking Proposals for Parenting Skills services, including Nurturing Parenting, Triple P, and Parent‑Teen Conflict programs, to support families with children at risk of maltreatment or child welfare involvement. This Bonfire project is exclusively for proposers intending to deliver Parenting Skills services under the Family Preservation Service array.
Proposers must upload their Parenting Skills proposal to this specific Bonfire project. Submissions for Parenting Skills uploaded to any other Family Preservation project (Case Management or Home Management) will be disqualified.
Proposals must be submitted electronically via DHS’s Bonfire Portal. Please refer to the RFP for full requirements.
