The United States Government is planning to offer interested contractors a site visit sometime between April 6th to April 10th, time TBD. The point of contact for this visit will be Mr. Gabriel Ferreira, Post Engineer. Reach out to him via e-mail (FerreiraGO@state.gov) or phone call (+55 8198299-2701) in order to schedule the visit.
If your company is interested in participating in this process, please fill out and sign the RFQ 19BR8126Q0002 document (attached) and send to Ms. Luisa Perman – PermanLM@state.gov and RecifeProcurement@state.gov no later than April 17th, 2026, 4 PM. Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission may deem the offeror’s proposal to be considered non-responsible and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, offerors are highly encouraged to register immediately if they are interested in submitting a response to this requirement.
