Project Description: The City seeks a modern, scalable AMI solution to improve read rates, operational efficiency, safety, and customer service. This RFQ describes a pilot scale Proof of Concept (POC) program that will allow DWU to evaluate technologies and services to determine which will provide the best value for its utility-wide AMI system.
