The overall scope of this project includes the construction of a new Public Works Facility building

and campus estimated at approximately $35,000,000.00 or renovations/additions to existing

buildings and sites to accommodate the same needs. Construction Manager at Risk preconstruction

services to include cost estimates, constructibility reviews with feedback, input on

potential site(s) feasibility, and participation in design development and concepts with the Owner

and Architect. Upon successful development of design and budget, this CMAR contractor would

be expected to manage the bid process and manage the actual construction process as well.
