Project Description: Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) invites experienced and qualified firms to submit qualifications to provide Professional Engineering Services. HCTRA plans to make multiple selections to award contracts to System-wide inspection and condition assessments to develop a Final Report that is required by the Trust Indentures that secure HCTRA’s revenue bonds.
The Engineer shall provide services for the following disciplines:
• Roadway and Drainage Engineering and Inspection
• Structural Engineering and Inspection
• Building, pump station, and generator Engineering and Inspection
• Data collection, reporting, & GIS
