RFQ AVIA 26-36 Land Development Consultant Services

CLT seeks a land development consultant to advise on its commercial development land use strategy for multiple landside parcels in its land holdings. Advisement from the land development consultant will inform future land leases and/or public-private partnerships. The scope of services may also include development of property profiles for prospective tenants and developers. The strategies and proposed actions should be developed through the lens of improving the economic future of the Airport and making the real estate & commercial portfolios more resilient to economic challenges. Services will be issued on a task order basis, with individual projects scoped and assigned over time. Project (or Task Orders) may be defined based on specific geographic areas, individual sites or parcels, or may encompass broader portions or the entirety of the Airport’s non-aeronautical landholdings, depending on project needs. Multiple firms may be selected to provide services under this contract.
