NOTICE TO BIDDERS

RFB #26-075

Sealed proposals will be received by Wake County Procurement Services, in Suite 2900, Wake County Justice

Center, 301 McDowell Street, Raleigh, NC 27601, up to 2:00 p.m., September 24, 2026, and immediately

thereafter publicly opened and read for providing labor, material and equipment entering into the construction

of the Wake County Mini City EMS Station located at 4704 Hargrove Rd, Raleigh, NC 27616.

A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. on site at 4704 Hargrove

Rd., Raleigh, NC 27616.

Notice of Public Meeting for Proposed Alternate Bids for Preferred Products.

An open public meeting will be held on August 27, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., following the Pre-Bid. The meeting is

to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards pertinent to this project. In accordance

with GS133-3, the following preferred brand item is being considered as an Alternate by the owner for this

project:

Preferred Alternate E-1A: Solar Photovoltaic Equipment – Provide the Owner preferred alternate for

all solar photovoltaic equipment and start up services, including but not limited to: solar photovoltaic

panels, power optimizers, combiners, and inverters with SolarEdge Technologies, Inc. being the

Owner’s preferred manufacturer.

An electronic copy of the contract documents (PDF) may be obtained from Accent Imaging free of charge

beginning August 17, 2026. Printed copies of the plans and specifications may be purchased from Accent

Imaging online or at (919)782-3332. Plans may be accessed for viewing and download at

http://www.planscope.com/. Questions or substitution requests should be directed to Natalya Anissimova, at

natalya@esse-architects.com.

No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for bids.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
