CM/GC for New TSD District Office

Project Description: The purpose of this request for proposal is to enter into a contract to provide: CM/GC Services for a new TSD District Office.
It is anticipated that this RFP will result in a single contract award to the responsive and responsible offeror with the highest score justified by the procurement code.

Length of the Contract
The contract resulting from this RFP shall remain in effect for the duration of the project. Construction is anticipated to commence in October 2026, with project completion in June 2027.
Background
As a newly established school district, Timpanogos School District ("TSD") requires the construction of a new District Office in Lindon, Utah, to serve as its central administrative headquarters.
Issuing Procurement Unit, Conducting Procurement Unit, and Solicitation Number
Alpine School District's Department of Purchasing is the issuing procurement unit, and Timpanogos School District Physical Facilities Department is the conducting procurement unit for this RFP (referred to as “the District”). The reference number for this RFP is Solicitation #TSD07302026. This solicitation number must be referred to on all proposals, correspondence, and documentation submitted to the District relating to this RFP.
