Financial Counseling Provider for Louisville Financial Empowerment Center (FEC)

Project Description: Louisville Metro Government's Office of Social Services (OSS) seeks proposals from community organizations ("nonprofit providers") to continue the implementation and operation of the Louisville Financial Empowerment Center (FEC). The FEC model provides free, professional, one-on-one financial counseling to residents as a public service. OSS will partner with a qualified community organization to manage daily FEC operations, including the responsibilities related to the delivery of financial counseling, supervising financial counselors, database operations, community partnerships and program deliverables. OSS will consider proposals from organizations with proven experience to deliver high-volume, quality, one-on-one financial counseling services to residents.
