Summary

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is seeking bids from qualified authorized resellers of Cisco Systems, Inc., Transition Media Converter, and CyberPower. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for these original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) mentioned above to supply the network equipment specified in the Scope of Work Product List and Bid Form 1-B to replace the current network equipment that is at the end of life. As part of the bidding process, the contractor must submit a “Manufacturer’s Authorization Form” from the aforementioned OEMs, confirming their status as an authorized reseller and that they have an agreement in place for the purchase and resale of the related products and/or services.
