VEHICLE COLLISION REPAIRS AND GLASS REPAIR/REPLACEMENT

The purpose of this bid package is to provide the County of Ocean with a Contractor who will supply the goods or services described and specified herein.

Vendors bidding on this contract must have facilities and expertise capable of performing high-quality collision repairs on a wide range of County-owned vehicles, including large units like buses. The facility must be able to accommodate different vehicle sizes, and if not, an exception must be noted. The contract includes bodywork, painting, and collision-related mechanical repairs—non-collision mechanical work is excluded. All repairs must be professionally done with color-matching and no visible imperfections, and any additional parts or services beyond the original estimate require prior departmental approval. Vendors must follow all relevant regulations, and no extra charges will be allowed for proper disposal of parts or fluids; only approved, CAPA-certified aftermarket or used parts may be used with consent.
