The Housing and Community Services Department is seeking experienced and qualified contractors for the Gladys Zogpy property at 3730 East 2nd Avenue, Hialeah, FL 33013. The scope of work includes r oof replacement, window and door replacements, HVAC equipment replacement, and duct cleaning, second bathroom remodeling, living room laminated floor replacement, popcorn ceiling removal and repair for the living area, bathroom, two bedrooms, and kitchen; primary bedroom step repair, and patio metal shed repair and doors.
We are looking for contractors who demonstrate expertise, financial stability, and a proven track record in similar projects. The selected vendor must be fully licensed in the State of Florida and capable of delivering high-quality results within the established timeline and budget.
