Project Description: Purchase 2 year maintenance and support from Vertiv for 3 HVAC units in HQ datacenter 24/7 support with 4
hour emergency response. This includes yearly infrared scan for 1 day and 2 techs to check all systems
panels/HAVC/UPS for hot spots in data center. This covers from 9/26/2026 until 9/25/2028.
