PAHOA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SCHOOL IMPROVEMENTS

Project Description: Work involves the construction of new bus drop-off shelter and driveway with supplemental parking spaces, the removal of appurtenances with regard to a softball field, related grading improvements to the resultant playfield, resurfacing and restriping improvements to an existing parking lot, improvements to accommodate a secondary parking lot, and the addition of air conditioning supplied to all classrooms of an existing building. Structural work will include foundations, footings, connections, structural framing for the drop-off shelter, mechanical and electrical work to account for the air conditioning system, plus electrical lighting in the shelter.
