Title: 2026-2029 Overhead Door Maintenance, Repair, and Condition Assessments

The purpose of this bid, and the requirement contract awarded following an evaluation of the bids received, is to provide Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Condition Assessments at a fixed cost per asset and Repair Work on a time and materials basis, as requested, for specified Overhead Doors and Overhead Door Systems components at all facilities owned and operated by the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD). Repair work may include emergency repair requests and partial or full replacement of Overhead Door system components.
The duration of the requirement contract with the NEORSD shall be three (3) years, or until the funds appropriated to this contract are exhausted, whichever should occur first from the effective date of this contract.
Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Inspections will be held on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 10:30 am. See SGC-1.
The Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (Sewer District) protects public health and the environment by leading effective wastewater and stormwater management. As the largest wastewater treatment provider in the State of Ohio, the Sewer District spans 380 square miles, serves 62 communities and one million residents, treats 90 billion gallons of wastewater a year, and manages more than 400 miles of streams.
In addition to its award-winning treatment plant and laboratory performance, the Sewer District's Project Clean Lake construction program will reduce annual Lake Erie pollution by 4 billion gallons by 2035, while its Regional Stormwater Management Program addresses widespread inter-community problems like flooding, pollution, and erosion.
