Project Description: This notice serves as a Pre-Solicitation Announcement and is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation W912CN26RA002 is anticipated to be issued on or about December 23, 2025. The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO-HI) requires services for Hazardous Waste Sampling, Testing, Packaging, and Transportation from Building 6040, East Range, Schofield Barracks, on the Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii, to accredited laboratories. The Period of Performance will consist of a Base Year plus four Option Years. This acquisition is set aside for 100% Small Business participation. The applicable NAICS Code is 562112 (Hazardous Waste Collection), with a size standard of $47,000,000.00.
