Project Description:
Please provide quote for annual service of 12 months. Service to include semi-monthly (2 x a month) inspection and treatment.
-Vendor must have a local rep with respond time of 2 hours.
-Prior approval needed if making substitutions, please email specs.
-Products and treatments used should be appropriate for use in enclosed office building, and shall conform to Federal, State, and local ordinances and laws.
-Service to begin April 2026 to March 2027.
-Areas to be inspected during Regular Service Visits - Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Also included are Building’s outside perimeter, Front tree area AND Accessible ceiling plenum (above ceiling)
-On-call services - 5 per year
-Prior inspection to bid recommended
Exterior Service:
▪︎ Entry point, outside perimeter inspections and treatments. Provide targeted product applications, as necessary, of exterior doorways and other entry points.
▪︎ Securely install and maintain State Department Vector Control approved rodent bait boxes around the perimeter of the facility;
recommended amount is one box every 25-30 ft with additional boxes as necessary based on rodent activity.
▪︎ Service should include removal and disposal of rodent. Frequency of service should be increased as necessary based on rodent activity.
Interior Services:
▪︎ Includes inspection of facility to locate and record activity, harborage sites, and conditions conducive to roach & rodent activity.
▪︎ Provide appropriate targeted product applicants into cracks, crevices and voids during regular service visits such as insecticidal spray and/or granule for exterior: bait discs, gels and/or dust; flushing agents and residual insecticidal sprays. Areas including but not limited to the common areas such as restrooms, hallways, utility areas, and in ceiling/above ceiling panels, basement, front & back porch.
▪︎ Install and maintain interior rodent traps suitable for the activity and area, in accordance with UH Policy, with 24 hour response time
requirement for trapped rodent removal.
Complete report detailing sanitation and structural inspection, service provided, issues found, method of treatment used, and
identification of possible sources and entry point. All findings and recommendations to be reported within 24 hours of completed service.
Maintain a log book of on-site inspections. Provide warranty or guarantee of 100% customer satisfaction. Provide accurate data of pest
activity and history.
