Project Description: Montgomery County is seeking qualified providers to deliver trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented mobile outreach services. Services must emphasize dignity, respect, and connection, with a strong integration of peer recovery support and the meaningful involvement of individuals with lived experience. This initiative aligns with the Pennsylvania Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs (DDAP) priorities and will be funded, in whole or in part, through State Opioid Response (SOR) funds.
