Project Description: The District Attorney’s Office is seeking proposals from qualified community-based organizations to develop and manage a community violence intervention strategy to reduce youth gun violence in Norristown Borough. The selected vendor will utilize violence interrupters and outreach workers to engage at risk youth, mediate disputes, prevent escalation, and connect with local resources in an effort to encourage positive long-term lifestyle changes.
