Description:

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, (including supervision), tools, materials, equipment, licenses, permits, and related incidentals necessary for the complete and satisfactory performance of Mechanical maintenance services at San José State University (SJSU), including the main campus, south campus and other nearby off-campus locations. Services shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes, industry standards, and university-specific requirements.
