Summary Details
The City of Richmond (the “ City ”) is proposing to engage a Civil Engineering Consultant (the “ Proponent ”) to update the East Richmond Agricultural Water Supply Study. (The “ Project ”), as described in the Contract Documents.
The base scope of work for the Project is grant funded. As such, Project schedule is critical. All Work must be completed by November 30, 2025 . All invoicing for the Project must be submitted to the City before December 20, 2025 for the City to meet grant reporting deadlines. Additional requirements for recordkeeping, documentation, and related tasks may arise throughout the project to ensure compliance with grant conditions.
