Contingent upon SEDA-COG approval for CDBG compliance
The work includes:
Milling of existing roadway
Tack coat application
Superpave HMA 9.5mm scratch and overlay course
Installation of a 2% crown on center
Adjustment of manholes (rings provided by the City)
Sealing all joints
Full-depth restoration (as determined after milling) including:
Excavation
2A Subbase
Superpave HMA 25mm base
Coordination with individual utilities for valve box adjustments
All necessary appurtenances for a complete job
Bid Bond: 10% of total bid amount

Bonds and insurance
Execution of agreement and submittal documents
