Pump Station and Sanitary Sewer Line Maintenance and Emergency Services

Project Description: Newtown Township, Delaware County, Municipal Authority (the “Authority”) is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide routine and emergency maintenance services for eleven wastewater pump stations and sanitary sewer lines located within Newtown Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Services will include mechanical, electrical, and structural inspections and repairs, as well as cleaning, reporting, and emergency response. Must provide professional services for the cleanup and remediation of potential sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements. The selected contractor will be responsible for emergency response cleanup and disinfection related to overflow incidents.
