Grange Hall Re-Construction

Project Description: The Township of Liberty will receive sealed bids until 7:00 P.M, prevailing time, Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at the Liberty Township Building, 5050 Creamery Road, Montrose, PA 18801, at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted via PennBid.
Bids will be received for the “Grange Hall Re-Construction” in the following categories:
• General Construction
• Electrical
• Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
• Plumbing
All documents and solicitation details are available at no cost on PennBid – www.PennBid.net. All bids must be accompanied by either a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Bid Bond executed by the bidder and an acceptable surety payable to the Township of Liberty, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid.
Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose name and address are on record as having obtained the specifications.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, August 11, 2025, beginning at 11:00 A.M. at the Grange Hall.
This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
The award will be made, usually within thirty (30) days, to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting a bid in conformity with the specifications. However, the Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
