General Leonard Wood Community Hospital (GLWCH) requires reliable, high-definition (HD) television content services for the main hospital located at 4234 Illinois Avenue, Building 351, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri 65473. These services are essential for maintaining situational awareness of current events, providing critical information, and supporting the morale and welfare of patients and hospital personnel.
The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, licenses, and retransmission rights necessary to deliver continuous, high-definition (HD) commercial television programming to the GLWCH television distribution system.
The scope of this contract will be strictly limited to the reception, decryption (at the contractor's headend), and delivery of unencrypted IP streams to the Government-owned Session Border Controller (SBC) and Media Switch.
In-Scope: Provision of a core channel lineup (not to exceed 40 channels), contractor-furnished headend and reception equipment (such as satellite dishes, commercial integrated receiver-decoders, IP gateways), and the physical/logical delivery of unencrypted IP streams to the designated demarcation point.
Out-of-Scope: The contractor is not responsible for building-wide IP multicast routing, internal network switches, set-top box (STB) configuration, or the maintenance/cabling of Government-owned televisions. Internal distribution is fully managed by the Government via an existing Haivision IPTV platform.
