RFQ# 25-006 Owner's Project Management Services PVTA Bus O&M Facility Expansion/Electrification

The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority (PVTA) is seeking proposals from qualified Owner’s Project
Management (OPM) firms for services relating to the construction of a new 50,000 (+/-) square foot addition to its Bus O&M Facility at 655 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA 01104 for a new
paint and body preparation shop, additional indoor bus storage for 32 fixed-route buses, and
installation of 20 pantograph electric bus chargers.

EST. A link to the meeting will be issued in an addendum when it is available.
Proposals shall be submitted to the attention of Leland Zak, Procurement Officer, Pioneer Valley
Transit Authority, 2808 Main Street, Springfield, MA 01107, on or before February 6, 2025 at
2:00 PM EST.
