Description:
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Pittsburgh District, has a need for a Requirements Contract for Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Services at Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City Dam Buildings & Grounds Maintenance, Saegertown, PA. The Woodcock Creek Lake and Union City Dam Buildings & Grounds Maintenance project is located in Northwestern Pennsylvania (Crawford and Erie Counties). An overview of the services required includes, but is not limited to: mowing, pesticide application, office cleaning, restroom cleaning, composting toilets, mulching and solid waste removal in accordance with procedures established in the Performance Work Statement which will be provided with the solicitation. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles.
This procurement will be set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 561730, Landscaping Services and the Small Business size standard is $9.5 million dollars. The anticipated period of performance will be from 1-March 2024 - 28-February 2025, with four (4) one-year option periods if exercised by the government. The total contract term including the exercise of any options, will not exceed 5 years 6 months.
The government is planned pre-quotation site visit, on the following dates.
Scheduled date 15 November 2023 at 9:00 A.M.
Alternate date will be 20 November 2023 9:00 A.M. if the scheduled date is canceled.

Attendees will have the opportunity to walk the project site and ask questions as desired.
All *responsible offerors are encouraged to participate. The Request for quote will be issued on or about 8 November 2022, online through Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) which posts the opportunity to SAM.gov; therefore, requests for hardcopies of the solicitation package will not be honored.
