Project Description: The City of Frisco is seeking bids to establish an annual contract for On-Call Concrete Repair. This is a Best Value Bid seeking a Primary Vendor and a Secondary Vendor (“Contractor”) to complete concrete removal and replacement, such as concrete roadway pavement, alley pavement, inlet tops, and other items listed within the bid on as as-needed basis during the duration of this contract.
