The Consort & District Medical Centre Society is seeking proposals from qualified architectural, engineering or construction consulting firms to conduct a pre-feasability assessment of an existing building located in the Village of Consort, Alberta.

The building which was constructed in 2017/18 and previously used as a restaurant has been offered as a donation to the CDMCS for the express intent of being repurposed as a Community Primary Care Centre. The proposed use includes space for up to four (4) Primary Care providers (NP/Doctor) and a full complement of clinical and administrative support staff.

Prior to accepting the donation and proceeding with redevelopment, the CDMCS requires a comprehensive understanding of the building’s condition, renovation requirements and associated costs to determine the feasibility of conversion.
