Decals and Striping for City Vehicles and Equipment

1.    Bidder shall be able to create custom graphics if and when they are requested.  The vendor can maintain Copyright of such images but must provide “right to use” in perpetuity to the city.
2.    Bidder shall provide delivery of decals within (5) five business days after an order is placed.
3.    Bidder shall provide installation services within three (3) business days after the initial call and or email is made.
4.    Bidder must have successfully completed similar type of work for the City of Baltimore or a neighboring County, the State of Maryland, Federal agencies, or large organizations.
5.    Bidder shall be equipped with the appropriate equipment and experienced personnel required to furnish the products and services required under this solicitation.
6.    Bidder must have the capability to design, produce and provide application of any decal or striping that the City may require, in addition to those specifically listed under this solicitation.
7.    Materials and services shall conform to all current Federal, State, and Local Safety Standards.
8.    Contractor shall be able to perform installation of decals at the option of the city, either at their business location or at a City of Baltimore facility, whichever the City prefers.
9.    Contractor must immediately notify the City when they cannot meet time requirements for either shipping decals and/or providing installation service.
10.    Contractor must create and maintain a file, containing photos, dimensions and specifications for all decals ordered by the City under the contract. The file must be created using standard file formatting for graphics and shall be submitted to the Bureau of Procurement and Department of General Services Fleet Management Division in digital format prior to the end of the initial contract term and renewal terms thereafter.
