Overview
The City of Reading (City) is seeking bid/proposals to supp
ly Polymer to the City’s Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) as further detailed throughout this IFB inclusive of all tasks, deliverables and/or products required herein. If the City makes an award in connection with the bid/proposal, Attachment I “Contract” and all terms and conditions of this IFB as well as all documents incorporated therein shall form the entire agreement between the City and the successful Bidder.
