Regional Digital Orthoimagery Acquisition and Impervious Surface Change Mapping

Project Description: Sealed Proposals will be accepted at the City of Waco’s Operations Center, 1415 N. 4th Street, Waco, TX until 2:00 P.M. Friday, September 25, 2026. The City of Waco has issued this solicitation along with McLennan County Emergency Assistance District (MCEAD 9-1-1), and McLennan County. The objective is to secure an agreement with a qualified aerial data provider to deliver high resolution, 4-band digital orthoimagery and seamless countywide mosaics captured during the early 2027 winter leaf-off window. Included in this acquisition will be impervious surface changes for the Waco City Limits AOI plus a half mile buffer.
