A Pre-Quotation Conference/Teleconference will be held in person in the Washington County Division of Environmental Management, Public Conference Room, 16232 Elliott Parkway, Williamsport, Maryland 21795, at which time County personnel will be present to answer any questions. All interested quoters wishing to take part in the meeting via teleconference shall call 240-313-2330 prior to the meeting to receive instructions. Participation in this meeting is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged. Please note that an on-site meeting will be held immediately following the Pre-Quotation Conference.
