It is the intent of the City of Philadelphia to award Rental of Type III Advanced Life Support Ambulance to the Department of Fleet Services specified herein during the contract period. All quotes must be submitted through PHL Contracts no later than 10:30AM on the date that the related bid opens. Quotes will not be accepted after the bid opening. It is the seller's responsibility to make sure that the quote is submitted in a timely manner.
