Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. E.D.T. on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the Purchasing Office, City Hall, 135 East Maumee Street, Adrian, Michigan 49221, for the purchase of new Servers, equipment only, no installation.

CONDITIONS:

1. Contract, Bond, and Insurance requirements available at: https://www.adriancity.com/community/reference_desk/bids.php

2. Successful bidder will enter into contract for this work within ___ calendar days after award of bid and will start work within ___ calendar days after signing of the contract and will complete within ___ calendar days.

3. All bids are to be firm for a period of not less than sixty days after the official opening of the bids.

4. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities, and to accept bids which do not conform in every respect to the bidding requirements.

5. Equipment only, no installation.

6. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside, “Sealed Bid – Server Purchase 2026.”
