One Man Pothole Patcher Truck

Sealed bids will be received by the Burke County Board of Commissioners at the Burke County Courthouse, 602 Liberty Street, Waynesboro, Georgia 30830, Attn: Merv Waldrop, until 12:00 PM (Noon) on Wednesday, November 5, 2025, for the purchase of one (1) paving compactor meeting the following minimum specifications: capacity to hold up to 300 gallons of asphalt emulsion; tank equipped with an electric heating blanket; ability to hold up to 5 yards of aggregate with a blower to apply material; diesel engine with at least 70 HP mounted on a cab and chassis; rear-mounted directional amber flashing light bar with additional amber lights on the top and front; nonspecific cab and chassis color; diesel cab and chassis with an automatic transmission, at least 30,000 lbs rear suspension and 12,000 lbs front suspension; in-cab joystick controls for the patcher; rear-mounted camera; backup alarm; heat and air conditioning; and an AM/FM radio. The unit must include all operator, repair, and service manuals in paper form, along with complete warranty information and the delivery timeframe submitted with the bid. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope: "ONE MAN POTHOLE PATCHER TRUCK BID - ROADS AND BRIDGES - November 5, 2025." Late bids will not be accepted.
