Project Description: Issuing Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Purchasing
Conducting Procurement Unit: State of Utah Division of Wildlife Resources
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide:acquiring services in this contract to aerially spray Rejuvra herbicide to treat cheatgrass infestations on the Lasson Draw WMA. This task order includes the Contractor to furnish labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals.
Estimated Budget: $20,000.00
Mandatory Site Visit: None:
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor.
A site visit will NOT be held prior to bidding. It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder inspect the site where services are to be performed and satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
It is strongly recommended that each potential bidder ensure that he/she has a complete understanding of the requirements of this project. Bidders are urged to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award.
The methodology or formula that will be used to determine the number of contract awards is: lowest bid responsive and responsible bidder.
Length of Contract: Preferred completion date of August 26, 2026, but must be completed no later than September 10, 2026.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for through the completion of the project.
