REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL : ELECTRONIC MONITORING SERVICES

The County of Westchester (the “County”), acting by and through its Department of Probation (“Probation”), is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide the County with electronic monitoring services, which are to be used to track and monitor individuals under the supervision of Probation (including, without limitation, adults, adolescent offenders, juveniles, and Persons In Need of Supervision, as well as individuals monitored by pre-trial services), and which services shall include the provision of both all related, necessary services and the provision of such equipment as may be necessary as part of said services.
