Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Hiram City Operations Manager¿s Office, 217 Main Street, Hiram, Georgia 30141 until: November 07, 2025, at 10am
For the project known as: 2025 ¿ NEBO ROAD PROJECT

Proposals will be opened and read aloud in the City Operations Manager¿s Office at 217 Main Street, Hiram, Georgia 30141 shortly after 10:00 AM EST. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The OWNER of the project is the City of Hiram. The Engineer/Architect for the project is the RINDT Engineering Firm.
The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows: Project Description Text

-        The extent of the project on Nebo Road begins at the intersection of Bill Carruth Parkway and runs southwesterly 3.8 miles to the intersection of Dallas Nebo Road. Proposed work will include crack sealing, full depth reclamation of asphalt pavement sections, and intersection improvements at Wall Road and Nebo Road.
-        This work shall include cleaning the existing pavement free of all debris and material that may interfere with the reclamations¿ milling process, milling, pulverizing and mixing the existing asphalt pavement, adding new aggregate and chemical or bituminous stabilizing agent(s) as required, then remixing, grading, compacting and curing in conformity with the lines, grades, depths and typical sections as shown in the plans.

Bidders shall inform themselves concerning Georgia Laws and comply with same.
Prospective Bidders are required to fully execute the BID PACKAGE, which is available at the Hiram City Hall, 217 Main Street, Hiram, Georgia 30141, Telephone Number: (770) 943-3726 x2020.
There is no cost to obtain the Bidding Package documents. The OWNER is not obligated to consider a Bidder¿s proposal, if Bidder is not on record with the State of Georgia as a qualified contractor.
The time allowed for Substantial Completion is 60-90 days from the date of notice to proceed.
