UPDATE 09/23/2025: The purpose of this amendment is to update the inspection/ acceptance location identified in paragraph 3.3 in the Statement of Work and remove delivery schedule from paragraph 4.4 in the Statement of Work. See section F for delivery schedule. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Question 1. Page 4 indicates that inspection and acceptance is at Source. Page 9 states inspection and acceptance is at Destination. Which one of these instructions should we follow?
Answer 1. The inspection and acceptance shall take place at destination.
Question 2. Page 7 states the requirement of 5 months ARO. Page 10 indicates delivery is 180 days after date of contract (ADC). Which one of these instructions should we follow?
Answer 2. The required delivery date is 180 days after ADC.
UPDATE 09/09/2025: The purpose of this amendment is to update the response date in RFQ N6833525Q0351, Block 10 from 09/09/2025 to 09/26/2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
This is a Request for Proposal for a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This solicitation is for the production and delivery of the P/N:4091AS0125-1; Wideband Satcom AAU Lifting Adapter.
The Government owns the Build-to-Print Technical Drawing Package and the drawings are considered Export Controlled. All Offerors must be able to provide a certified DD Form 2345. All requesting Offerors must have a current certified DD2345 to obtain the drawings. Drawings will be provided to your designated data custodian on your certified DD2345 via the DoD Safe website. All Offerors, other than the successful Offeror, are required to destroy all export control data, regardless of form or the media on which it may be recorded, including CDs, data stored on other computer storage devices and paper documents. Offerors shall provide proof of such destruction via signed letter on corporate letterhead to the PCO via email at alexis.r.kelly.civ@us.navy.mil
