Project Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The State of Utah Division of Facilities Construction and Management (DFCM) is requesting proposals for a design-build team. The design-build team shall be comprised of a General Contractor supported by subcontractors, and a design firm with supporting subconsultants. The design-build team will hereby be referred to as the ‘Contractor’ throughout the solicitation documents.
Brief Project Description: The McDonald Building remodel and addition will be the new home of the Art Department of the College of the Arts. The Art Department is currently housed in the North Commons Building that will be demolished on completion of this project.
Project Cost Estimate:$22,160,000.00
