Project Description: Request for Proposals
Only janitorial contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Janitorial Contractors and are currently on the DFCM Prequalified Janitorial Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on these services.

Contract Term: This is a 3-year contract award. The contract will be issued for the amount of the awarded contractor's cost for the first year and additional funding for subsequent years will be added annually as legislative funding approval is given.
