Summary Details
This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by the Board of Education of School District No. 36 - Surrey (“SD36”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide Re-Roofing and Fall Protection Consulting Services.
SD36 seeks to engage a qualified consulting firms to support its Re-Roofing and Fall Protection Programs through a two-stage competitive process:
First Stage:
RFP 2025-59-JC Re-Roofing and Fall Protection Consulting Services
In this stage, respondents are invited to submit proposals detailing their experience and qualifications. Following the evaluation process, respondents who meet or exceed the minimum threshold scores outlined in Appendix A – F: Evaluation Criteria will be invited to participate in the second stage of the competitive process.
Second Stage:
RFP 2025-59-JC Re-Roofing and Fall Protection Consulting Services
Qualified respondents from the First Stage will be invited to a second stage invitational RFP to submit detailed proposals based on a sample case scenario. A signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required to participate in this stage in order for participants to receive detailed information regarding the case.
The Surrey School District operates and maintains over 140 facilities including District offices, elementary schools, secondary schools, Learning Centres alternate schools, adult education centres, distributed (online) learning programs and a variety of satellite and inter-agency programs serving a wide range of specific student needs.
